The FRESH AIR project is delivered by a consortium of 14 organisations from nine countries made up of some of the leading university hospitals in EU member states and the US and policy experts and international healthcare societies that specialise in lung disease. The consortium also includes healthcare providers, policy makers and implementers from the four countries where project activities take place:
